Who Am I?

Hi, I’m David Laney, owner and operator of 3D Home Inspections. I started this company with new and existing home owners in mind. After years of renovating and repairing homes that clients have owned or purchased without knowing what lies awaiting to go wrong and that might cost them a significant amount of money, I wanted to be on the preemptive side of things. With the tutelage of my grandfather and father who both have 50 years worth of construction background and the extensive training that American Home Inspectors Training Institute has provided, I wanted to take that knowledge and apply myself to helping people avoid costly repairs and give them the proper tools needed to negotiate the best deal possible when it comes to one of the largest investments of their lives.
